In anticipation of my summer trip to China, I drew two of my favorite pro wrestlers from my youth, battling it out on the Great Wall of China. I chose two larger-than-life mythical wrestlers from the late 80’s period: the Ultimate Warrior (my all time favorite) and André the Giant (known as the the Eighth Wonder of the World). As the Great Wall was my Seventh Wonder of the World, completing my visits to all of them, I wanted to create a piece to commemorate that milestone. And when I finally did visit the Great Wall, rest assured, I did not stumble upon any fighting wrestlers!
