Old Cair features many old churches from the Coptic Christians (which make up about 10% of Egypt's religion).
This is the oldest mosque in Africa (642 AD). The Mosque of Amr Ibn El-Aas.
Some locals were living here during the last days of Ramadan.
I met a friendly local.
This is the tourist popular Mosque of Muhammad Ali Pasha (1848) atop the citadel.
