My tour brought me to a wide range of natural wonders along the southern coast of Iceland.

Skógafoss waterfall.

Mýrdalsjökull ice glacier. It may look like a black rock with snow on top, but it’s not. It’s an ice glacier, with black volcanic dust on top.

Dyrhólaey and the black beach.

Beautiful rock formations like these, inspired the design of the main church in Reykjavik, Hallgrímskirkja.

Glacier!

Icebergs break off from a nearby glacier and drift to the shores of Diamond Beach. It is remarkable to see how varied each iceberg is, in regards to shape, color, and transparency.

My wonderful tour group. Iceland rocks!
